Terms of Service
These terms describe the agreement between you and FOCUS 90 when you use the website and the app.
1.Using FOCUS 90
By creating an account or using FOCUS 90, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2.Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Give us an email address you can access, because we use it for verification and important notices.
3.Plans, trial and billing
FOCUS 90 offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. New accounts receive a 14-day Pro trial; afterwards the account continues on Free unless you upgrade. Paid billing is not live yet. When it launches, prices and billing terms will be shown before you are charged, and you'll be able to cancel at any time.
4.Your content
You own everything you create in FOCUS 90. You give us permission to store, sync and process it only as needed to provide the service to you.
5.Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, access other people's data, or use it for anything unlawful.
6.Local data and backups
Because FOCUS 90 stores data on your device, clearing your browser data before it syncs can remove unsynced changes. Export backups regularly for important information.
7.Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that seriously break these terms, and we'll tell you why where we can.
8.No professional advice
FOCUS 90 is a planning tool. It isn't medical, psychological, financial or career advice.
9.Disclaimers and liability
We work hard to keep FOCUS 90 reliable, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or lost opportunities.
10.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in advance.
